Pressing. They want it SO BAD, they can't just play their game, which we know is good enough. As long as they stay within reach, half-time adjustments should do the trick.

Edit: Okay, 5 points at the half. We have them right where we want them. (Glad we're taping the DirecTV broadcast. I can only bear to look in spurts.)
 
Halftime, Weebs 36, Griz 31. The Griz are in good shape, but if we're gonna win, I think whenever we make a run, we need to get a lead of at least 7...Officials for most part are letting them play. Way better than the EWU game last night.
 
GRIZ lucky to be down only 5, considering they had to weather 2 weber mini runs, and executing well, other than a few forced shots.
 
Griz played very poor defense the first 5 min. Selvig was exactly as I expected. He made a couple early, so he has confidence in his shooting this night. But, he is pathetic on defense. He has given up 8 easy points inside. Gets muscled, poor footwork.

Griz standing around way much on offense. Too much dribbling....not enough movement without the ball.

Griz have no strong inside man-to-man defender. Weebs is running iso on the block knowing that the Griz are weak.
 
Sounds like it's going to be a wide open trottle to the floor type game the second half; the Griz starting five have only four fouls amongst them, as do the Wildcats. Stewart has two fouls but hasn't even taken a shot yet!?

well their zone d is good too. but weber is just too good of a shooting team. they'll shoot you out of a zone fast more times than not. their last meeting against the griz.....not :thumb:

Selvig played as well as he is capable of playing. He gives about as many points on defense as he makes. In many games, he gives up many more than he makes. I hope that this game is the former. 8-)
