Weber State is the real-deal

Taking Krysko's Utes team to the woodshed. This Bamforth guy is a player. They are deep, have good bigs, and the best guards in the league.

Weber is capable of running the table in the Big Sky

I am not saying whether Weebs is good or bad, but Utah makes everyone look good...even San Diego Christian.

Weber won't be running the table until we get our 2 starters back. Otis & Bullinger are still at least another 2 weeks away. Early EWU & PSU road trip without those two won't be easy. Missoula at the end of February will be a challenge as always.

Utah has athleticism, size, and talent, but watching K tonight I think he's doing a horrible job with this team. I know you guys really liked him, but I don't think he's going to last. What a terrible hire by Chris Hill his schemes & strategy on offense are perplexing. He'll be canned in 2 years unable to ride the wave out, and Utahs 3rd fired coach in a row since the big man towel crapper Majerus.

Pretty much everyone is taking Utah to the wood shed lately. Even MSU beat them, and they are really struggling... (They were down 51-16 at half time vs UNM in their last game).

No doubt though that Weber is the team to beat right now in the Big Sky. They have loads of talent, and are always up near the top of the Sky.

I'm hoping the Griz can get some things figured out in the next week, and come out ready to play next weekend.

Weber looks like the real deal. Just about like usual.
I watched them on TV play a very poor game against a very so so team, I can't remember who, and they made me think that, like UM, they are inconsistent. However, Lillard is miles above anyone on the Griz team, at this point. Weber will take the BSC this year, the rest are merely fighting to see who plays them...

Winning the conference hasn't been the issue for Rahe. Winning the conference tournament has been the problem, so we'll see if this year is any different. And I would have to agree, that Utah team is terrible, including the coaching.

I think Rahe is a great recruiter and good coach. He really likes to ride the refs. I always get a smile when I tell him that he's wrong and doesn't understand the call because he's short and got cut in 8th grade from his bball team.

They better get healthy and stay healthy. Look at the beat down BYU put on them. Beating Utah means nothing this year, and probably next season. They don't win the BSC tourney they are NOT getting an at large bid, plain and simple. I will cover any bets on it up to $10,000. PM me this week if you want some of that action.

well of course they aren't going to get an at large bid. that isnt a bold prediction. but weber does have a good shot at winning the big sky this yr. our schedule is very good this yr. the 2 toughest road trips have been split up this yr. that will help a lot. no nau/sac trip, no montanas trip.

Has the Big Sky ever been awarded an At Large?

Not in Big Sky mens basketball. Big Sky Womens basketball there was an at large awarded.
