Weber St. Gameday

Both great teams for BSC. Referees are sooo.bad. Shouldn’t have determined the outcome. This was a great game. And I’m left pissed. Can’t wait for the replies😎I never post but have followed for 40 years. Grrrr!

Lots of head scratching fouls in that game. So at least the BSC conference Refs are consistent.

Great effort by the young Griz!

Now it’s on to watching a breathtaking neck and neck biathlon contest between Belarus and Finland. :|

Nothing to be ashamed about. Boys played their hearts out and lost to a *slightly* better team. Fun watching this young team grow up. No need to stress yet, we’re still in the drivers seat for a top 4 seed. If Weber beats the cats on Saturday and we beat SUU on Monday, we’ll have a 3-way tie for second place. Lots to be sorted out. We still gotta play SUU twice and the cats once more. We’ll be ok. Nobody should want to face us right now!

When my kids went to college, the average age was 18-19 and graduated 21-22. Why are 25 year olds playing college basketball. They are not college age kids.

Absolutely they should be fine. Weber has an edge in talent on offense so they hung in pretty well. A bounce and a call or two it's another story. Typical UM/WSU game. Only 1 left on the road against the top tier and they have held serve at home. No reason they can't end up with 14 W's and get a bye in Boise.

KenPom predicts the Griz to win out the rest of the way with the exception of the game at SUU and finish in 2nd place behind WSU in the regular season.

Has the BSC released the tie-breaker rules if every team doesn’t play 20 games? I feel it would only be pertinent if MSU doesn’t get to 20. The rest of the top teams appear to be in track.

I was being a tad pessimistic, your scenario is entirely doable. This is their last two game road trip, then 1 trip to spudville and 1 to cedar city with an extra day before the kittehs at home that week. The schedule is friendly to at least get a bye. Would need to look at matchups for the bracket then. Have to think a rubber match with Weebs is probable to make the dance.
