The problem isn’t talent. Last years team was 7-4 with a much tougher schedule than this year and did it with a Very talented Freshman QB who didn’t get 1st team snaps until just before the EWU game. Had he had more experience and not gone through some freshman growing pains I a few games that team was likely 9-2, no worse than 8-3

This team should be even better this year. According to Bobby almighty he upgraded at QB, RB, DE and secondary.

The problem is Bobby Almighty and his ego.He isn’t coaching Montana Football, He thinks he is Montana football.

He treated A couple of players including Jensen like pieces of shit. He lost this team a long time ago. A lot of players were and still are very unhappy with how that all went down. A good head coach doesn’t bury key returning players on the depth chart before a single practice and “make them earn it” and immediately insert new transfers into the starting line up. They shouldn’t have to earn it?

Lastly, after this year Bobby will now have had a losing record in 6 seasons as a Head Coach. The last 3 game stretch is worse than anything or any losses than Stitt had in all three of his years here.

Can Hauck make a Choate type coaching move regarding the O and D coordinator at this time? Probably not but he should be recruiting for those as well for next year. I don't believe he got the coordinators he really would have liked but it was late in the process so I'll give him the benefit of the doubt. But when recruiting I hope he looks at those weak spots as well. Rosy is good at programming Sneed for the first offensive possession (just re-watch the spring game where they gave the job to Sneed) but after that it tends to go downhill. And giving up 46 in the second half is quite Semoreish on the defensive side. So does he have the balls of Choate, which or course didn't do much good today, or continue the stubborn behavior that we have seen so far this year? Just my opinion but Hauck hasn't made the best of decisions this year and next year may be tougher leaving .........2020? I know this will piss off the suger coaters but if I were a high school senior top notch recruit why wouldn't I go to UC Davis or other up and coming programs because I don't live in the past?

I don’t agree with everything PA says, but he makes some valid points. This is not a player personnel issue. This is a coaching issue. Hauck has been out-coached in every single game this year. Maybe the game has passed him by. Maybe he thought he could rest on his laurels (and if you believe many on this board, they’re allowing him to do just that). I don’t know what it is. But if this were any other coach not named “Hauck”, 97 percent of this board would want him run out on the rails.

This team has 8-3 talent (or would with last year’s QB).

When playing with the ones during spring scrimmages, he did much better than Sneed IMO

And according to my source, has 12 offers, 6 from Pac-12 schools.

Perhaps is because he earned the right to be the guy, and then Posey shows up with HIS guy, never giving the guy that EARNED it a fair chance.
