I'm not sure who the offensive staffs are, but would love to see if the GRIZ could on offensive position coach to be OC here?

I have no idea what the position coaches make there. I know the OCs and DCs usually make more than we pay.

Coaches take pay cuts all the time to become head coaches or better their long-term opportunities. Bobby took a pay cut to come to Montana from UW.
