Way to go Bobby

Bobby just needs 5-7 years to undo what Stitt messed up. #thxobama
His team is already playing with a lot more grit. Give him some time to get his guys. It's not like he was brought in to do better than 7-4 and beat the Bobcats in the first year.

I see what you did there. I’m with you. If we fire Stitt for going 7-4 and losing to cats then Hauck should be viewed exactly the same for going 7-4 and losing to cats. Except we won’t get to 7-4. More like 6-5 if we are lucky.

Are you talking year 2 or year 3?

Well since Stitt got 8 wins his first year, I would hope Hauck could do something similar. Not looking good. His team comes out and goes down 14-0 against everyone it seems. That is on the coach and preparation.

OK, but sometimes kids have to execute too. And I would like to add that the program was trending down coming into this season, and not comparable to when Stitt took over.

...haucks first time around...
...you put the ball on the ground you sat down...
...that fire/temper doesn't seem to be there this time around...
...maybe that's just me but i feel he's missing some opportunities to coach...

... :? ...

That’s fair. I just heard from so many how much more discipline, prepared, and gritty that Griz would be just from Hauck coming back. I’ve seen signs of it that have excited me. The last 2 weeks this team has had no fight. They have looked worse in the last 2 than any team I’ve seen Stitt coach. It’s very frustrating.

Yeah, Stitt definitely got the keys to the Oldsmobile. Bobby has to deal with all of these Stitt recruits. Good thing he dealt with a lot of them before the season started.

I agree that people were overselling what Hauck could do this year and expectations were inflated.

Hauck didnt recruit the upperclassmen on this team, Stitt Happens!

That excuse didn’t fly for Stitt and it ain’t gonna fly for Hauck.

Don't look now, but Stitt did a lot better with the "Stitt kids" This is a lame excuse; people did cut Stitt any slack playing Delaney's recruits, I'm not cutting Hauck any slack playing Stitt's recruits. If you can't. teach young men to play football just because you did not recruit them, you've got no business being a football coach

This.

But we won’t be 7-4 or beat the cats plus i feel like he isn’t even using our talent. Why does JLM never get the ball? Use sulsers redshirt but barely give him any opportunities. It’s a real shit show rn with the players and coaches.

JLM never gets ball because Sneed always throws it 5 feet over his head

3-5 in conference year two
5-3 in conference year three

And no playoffs in either, and 2 ugly losses to MSU. That sounds like progress I guess.

Just my opinion, but Bobby deserves to have some time to get his system and players in place before everyone starts calling for his head. I’m not happy with the product on the field, but at this point you gotta give the guy time. What’s the alternative? Go coach searching again? Have another coach come in and have to play with the same roster, which is clearly less talented than some would have ya believe. This is gonna take time. At this point the team is looking like it’s in shambles. It’s no longer revamp, but rebuild. There’s nothing to do as fans but take a breath, and trust that Bobby and company will make the changes this offseason to get things corrected. This season now becomes one of improvement and depth development, as I think we can safely say playoffs aren’t happening with this roster.

Of course we're not going to fire Hauck. But that doesn't mean we should give him a blind pass either. We need to hold him accountable. There are many on here who treat him as untouchable and anyone who dare question him is labeled a "bad fan".

Look, I'm all for giving BH every opportunity to succeed. But I'll also call him out when he's obviously failing. And right now, he's obviously failing.
