I don’t get onto litter box r us, but what was said on there when TM was hit? Were there questions regarding “intent” there?

Look at the 1st play of the series that Lucas Johnson was knocked out the game. It is at 14:52 mark of the 2nd quarter. #46 for Sac State should have been ejected then. He launched into LJ with his helmet. #46 should have ejected!

I was at the infamous PAM game. Sac State is capable of questionable actions. Fair or unfair doesn’t really matter.

It is all speculation no one knows for sure but to help secure a victory take out their playmaker!! Just saying. Go Griz

It was the dirtiest hit I have ever seen in college football.

You haven't watched a lot of games then.

I've watched a lot more than you, and played in a lot more too. Feel free to point out any dirtier play in college football.

This one a late hit and targeting, of a qb who was being held by 2 other SS players.

Oh absolutely... I think you had a poster or two complaining about it, saying it was on purpose, etc... but that died down after about five minutes. And not once did I see a bunch of posters start talking about how the coaches told the player to "Take him out!". Nor did I see any posts about people calling the Big Sky to complain. All that stuff is so grizzy

I mean that hit isn't really different than the one in the EWU game against Chambers, he was also being held up and got popped, but somehow no targeting was called:

I anxiously await being called stupid and how they are not similar at all and that I clearly never played beyond flag football.

You really should stick to up with Montana Boys & drop the excuses. I'd say this is one of the most stupid things you're ever posted, but in reality it's only in the top 10 for this week.

I can see why targeting wasn't called. The defender's head/helmet go down pretty much under Chambers' helmet/facemask and then the defender's head/helmet slides immediately to the left. There was almost no helmet to helmet contact.

The Chambers play and Johnson's were very different. Johnson had thrown the ball; Chambers was running and not yet tackled or stopped. Johnson was being held/grabbed by two defenders, not one. He was essentially standing still. There was no reason to hit him. It was a late it. It was a completely direct and hard helmet to helmet hit.

I would definitely call a personal foul on the Chambers' play, tho.

Nope. You don't have a clue, and you never played the game. Again, feel free to point out any dirtier play you have ever seen in college football.

Add another one to the top 10 for this week. Watch the Youtube link sent previously & take your pick. Does high school count for playing the game? Asking for a friend....

That’s at minimum 5+ you haven’t played the game’s this week alone.

Is that his favorite tag line? Think he walks up to a looker at the bar and goes, “hey, you ever played the game before? Because I have”.

Well, under the rule, runners and passers are treated differently.

No, way more than that. Why don't you put up a photo of yourself, and then we would see a clown. A juiced one.

Wasn’t intentional. Wasn’t dirty and this whole conversation is ridiculous. Watch the replay of the young man who made the hit. Specifically when he made it to the Sac State sideline. He was alone on an island. Nobody saying “it’s ok” patting him on the shoulder or even talking to him. He was standing there alone and didn’t look like he was having a good time. I suspect he was doing what every decent college player does - he tried to make a play. Over aggressive and out of control maybe, but don’t think for a second the Sac State coaches would condone that behavior. BTW - how many Sac State coaches are former Griz? Are posters actually making the assertion that Sac State coaches would tell one of the players to take LJ out of the game through injury? Unbelievable. All I have seen on this damn board the last few weeks is excuses. Great teams find ways to win. Great teams overcome adversity. Great coaches reflect on their poor decisions and what needs to be changed. Don’t blame the refs, dirty plays, injuries or anything else. They find a way to win. Griz will win out and make the playoffs. Until then have some class and stop these nonsensical arguments. It’s embarrassing.

Mr. Copper Griz, I commend you. Perfectly stated.
