Objection, your honor, for a JNOV to be proper, the party must make a motion seeking that relief. Garizz has not made such a motion.
This case ended in a hung jury, so no winner or loser, therefore a JNOV is inappropriate. A new trial is indicated.

The Court read garizzalies’ post in response to your “finding” as such motion, and has such authority to do so. I hold pro per litigants to the same standard as represented parties, but as a kind judge, I will give them a break on procedural issues from time to time. If you have an issue with the judgment, you are free to seek relief from the appellate court, but I guarantee you will be denied review very swiftly.

The Court will not consider further post-judgment motions.

Your honor, as liability has been established I would like to move on to the sentencing phase.
Since this judgement-proof dead-beat will never pay up, I am open to suggestions from any/all to recoup my pound of flesh.

As one condition of the losing party’s parole, may I recommend that instead of using words like “welcher” or “swindler” we now call them a “Diller”. For instance, whenever someone fails to recover their bet, we can say they “got Dilled”.

Of course, this is just a start and only a drop in the bucket to the amount owed, and I would invite the Court and even the gallery to add proposed punishments.

Duckhunt offered to bet a $500 donation to the GSA to name any other screen name that was his. I accepted, and proved there are at least 8 other names.

He tried to add terms after I accepted but I never “stipulated” to any of that crap. Like a snake, he tried to wriggle out, but I would not release him and demanded specific performance.

However, I did give him a reasonable amount of time (4 days) to avoid the bet if he could get a moderator to prove otherwise. If not, we would meet at the GSA office for his donation to be made TODAY in cash.

There has been no response from the mods, nor him, and here I sit at the previously agreed upon venue, on the correct date, patiently waiting his arrival.

I knew he wouldn't pay. It's not my job to prove that I only post under hunt-ducks. Just humor him. He ain't the sharpest knife in the drawer. Actually, he's the poster child for natural de-selection. I enjoy continuing to live in his feeble mind, rent-free. He couldn't come up with the $500 anyway, unless he took a third mortgage on his double-wide, or hocked his 2000 Aerostar.

Because eGriztopia is a sovereign nation, we are not above debtor’s prison and/or exile for willful evasion of debts. The matter will be referred to our DA in the morning.
