Pregame show just mentioned a few new ribbon boards being installed to see against UNC. Should look great.

Yeah, 1000 advertisements during the game was so awesome.. really enhanced gameday.

lol.. you guys say bowls are stupid, but you're glued to your TVs for two weeks during bowl season sucking in every game you can.

Speak for yourself. With the proliferation of bowls I'm not glued to my tv for weeks during bolw season. And I dont miss it one bit - and I'm not alone judging from the Neilson ratings.

Every single bowl last year had a higher Nielson rating than the FCS championship game.

Is that really all they used the new LED Banners for? Did they even do stats or game updates for other FCS Games?

OHHHHHH yeah. Twice they had a BNSF advertisement up that had the score of two Big Sky games that hadn't even started up.. otherwise just a rolling Providence/CES/Jim Palmer/Jared Losing/whatever advertisement. And once in a great while they'd throw up a "GET LOUD" graphic.. I'm sure there was a subliminal Coca Cola logo in there. Not one stat.

That's disappointing to hear about the new ribbon boards because they are Daktronics which means they can be directly linked to the scoreboard controls, and can be fed in-game stats. Cripes, they do that at Laurel High School for crying out loud and will be doing at Blue Pony Stadium starting next fall. It's pretty lame if they can't figure out how to at least get stats rolling across a few times per game. Still leaves PLENTY of time for ads

I expect a class action law suit this winter after multiple fans experience epileptic seizures and fall to their deaths. Go Griz!
