Possession of x is a felony??? Wtf? Why is the system trying to ruin young people's lives? Distribution is one thing... But possession? Horrible. Our society is fubar.
Are you kidding me? Now is society's fault that this kid is a dumbass? People like you are so disillusioned with reality it's unbelievable.

Spoken like the retarded kitten fan you are. You think that possession of x should result in a felony? Are you for real? Young people experiment and do some drugs from time to time... We should be penalizing them with a felony??? Go back to Glendive tar star. Do you even know what that means for a person???? A felony?

I don't know what he had... If he was dealing, then yeah he gets what he deserves. But if only a pill or two then no one deserves that. Rehab maybe....counseling sure...but no guns? No voting... Etc??? F@ck that
If you dont want to deal with the consequences of a felony dont do anything to get one. If anything the felony isnt harsh enough.

And you never done anything stupid before? Forget that he is a Griz, and concentrate on the fact that he's 20 years old. He should be fucked for
Life? You are an idiot.

spot on. i can think of a handful of laws i think are stupid. they're still laws. and if i ever decide to test my luck and get away with one of these and get caught...you can bet i'm not gonna bitch about the consequences. my 10 year old knows if he ever gets caught with drugs he's gonna be in deep shit. and i'm supposed to feel bad for this idiot because his "life is ruined"? no chance.

as alpha said...you don't like what comes with a felony...don't get one. pretty simple. look at me, not getting a felony. jesus people are stupid.

So, because he is 20 and stupid....he does not deserve a felony?

Holy s*it, I agree with Alpha (AG, DON'T make me regret saying so, please). Someone murdered by an idiotic 20 year old is just as dead for just as long as someone murdered by a mature, middle-aged genius.

Crazy isn't it, Alpha makes more sense than most of the posters on here.

Alpha is right on. If you don't want to be charged with a felony, don't f--k up in the first place. But the bigger issue is, the university passed a NEW honor code, and part of that code is a student-athlete is not allowed to be in possession of dangerous drugs. PERIOD..END OF STORY...TWO exstacy pills IN POOLE'S POCKET!!!!! He admitted to buying them. WTF are we talking about here??? He broke a university policy. This thread should be done and overwith just like him as a Grizzly football player. Sorry if that's too harsh for some of you, but he ADMITTED to breaking the honor code. There's nothing left to say.

Only if it's a felony. If dismissed or pled down to a misdemeanor, it's not a felony.

PR. That's not entirely true. The head football coach has the right to not allow him back on the team regardless of the outcome of his legal proceedings. It is my contention that we have seen the last of Trevor Poole as a University of Montana football player. That's just a guess and if I'm wrong and he is allowedback next season I'll be the first to admit I was wrong.

I hope he enjoys time in jail, and all other Griz football players who choose to be stupid. If you use illegal drugs, you will get caught. When you get caught, you have no one else to blame but yourself.
I'm tired of these players thinking someone owes them something and they can do no wrong. Anyone on this team that uses illegal drugs needs to be removed from the team and their scholarship forfieted! Time to clean house and get this program back on positive side of NCAA.
It amazes me how many people on this board will make excuses for these players every time they get caught. You are part of the problem. It always some one else's fault. Well I believe, you make your own bed and you lie in it...enuf said!

I'll give you 20 bazillion gazillion shiny rocks if you can find one serious person making an excuse for poole...

I assume it was a preemptive response to PR's upcoming defense.

Boom

PR is the most entertaining poster on this board (sorry Alpha). We need to find a way to market that to make this place even more popular.

You may be right that Poole will never be back. However, your prior post was not accurate.

Also the smartest, most knowledgeable and best looking.

If you really were the smartest you would have added biggest tool, jock spelunker and creepy texter.

Your post was inaccurate...............

The loss to EWU shut up the scat fans, but now they are flocking back again doing their best vulturing. A loss this coming weekend should hopefully put them back under the rocks where they come from.

This is just another perfect example of why it is and was so Phucked up that a good coach and AD lose their jobs because of what a couple dumb asses did. WHEN THE PHUCK will adults (don't give a damn how old they are) be the ones held accountable and not the coaches. This only goes to show that the coaches can only hold their hand so much, at some point a person has to hold their own.

If you don't think a Coach should ever be held accountable, you are not going to like the new edicts coming from the NCAA. Stay tuned

It's not really that complicated. It's not about "holding their hand". It's about the coach's/AD's response (or lack of one) when they fuck up. SURELY you can understand the difference? :? :?
