Most likely they are charging him with possession with intent to distribute. I'm sure he had a butt load of the stuff to be charged with a felony.

Read the law and you might not be so certain. But you can jump to conclusions if you want.

Yea, I guess I'll go out on a limb and suggest it wasn't simple possession. A man was just charged in billings with felony ecstasy possession on his fourth drug charge. He was out on bail for a prior felony drug possession/distribution charge, his bail was set at $35K. Poole's bail is $50K. What's your best guess?

It was clearly more than one pill, but Missoula always overcharges so its a combo package.

OFF THE FIELD LEADERSHIP... We don't have that off the field leadership. As a GRIZ lover I can see why it's not there. Respect in the locker room comes from performance on the field first. After that an alpha can show solid decision making and enforce this through communication. The other stipulation injects "seniority" which we're lacking right now. Whether Jim Foley was a dumb-ass all by himself or had help, his attempts at damage control has caused the problems. I was having "fun" with a few of the more rabid ones, and admittedly too much fun. Yes it was Foley with help. Not only with athletics but the "rest" Even a hint of a cover-up is a problem. Foley seemed to think he was smarter than everyone and could fix any "bad Impression"

And yes JJ should lay low (publicly at least) until after his trial. More than one of the ladies in our area who were big supporters have a very changed attitude after Saturday.
