Vs. Sac State

Has Anderson been reading the admonitions on eGriz about slamming the ball when you get close to the bucket?

Wow!

Nice to see Anderson performing so confidently. No problem holding on to the ball. Some key rebounds. Good D...

Beasly now 31 of 31 from the FT line this season

No. He's been watching from the bench for entire weekends thinking WTF???

I SAW ONE !!!!

about the 12:20 mark second half...sit down...we had a fast break, even scored !

Well that's enough of that for the year.

That might be it, LOL

Now maybe Travis is thinking its Steadman's turn to watch and learn

We finished with 9 turnovers. Unbelievable after 7 in the first half. I will eat my previous words.

I thought Mack Anderson was the best player on the floor tonight. He was outstanding offensively and defensively. He earned his playing time tonight and I hope he gets some increased minutes now.

Love it when Mack has a good night!

Anderson had 12 pts on 5 of 5 shooting. Made his only 2 foul shots. Had 2 offensive rebounds at critical points. Also a steal and a block.

But he did foul out in only 15 minutes of play. That's been a problem for him.

Owens (22 pts), Beasley (17 pts, including 10 of 10 on foul shots), and Whitney (14 pts) also looked good...

Mack deserves more playing time. I’ve been very disappointed in Steadman. Mack earned a chance for more minutes. There’s no way the Griz win that game without an Mack Anderson doing what he did. Steadman seems to get the ball down low and hesitate Mack seems to get it and go. That’s a big difference in getting to the rim. Mack just can’t stay out of foul trouble and has a harder time playing defense it seems.
