But color me unimpressed. At home against the next-to-worst team in the Big Sky, and the Griz barely hang on to win by a bucket. That was absolute crap.
Perhaps I'm being too harsh, but the Griz look like they don't give s**t about the conference championship (and at least a guaranteed post-season invite). I suppose they figure they can turn it on when they get to the "real" competition ... the conference tournament. That is a recipe for disaster.
Oh well ... Why get worked up? They didn't (obviously).

That alone has been impressive. They only shot 57% from the FT like again. Almost cost them another win. I have no idea how this group of absolute talent can be so damn bad at a free 15 foot shot.
We are in total agreement on this one! Pridgett had a great percentage shooting night from the field (7 of 10). But you look at the play-by-play and he almost disappeared after a turnover with 5:28 left in the game. (He did have an assist on one of Oguine's scores). Meanwhile, MO was all over the place at the end.HookedonGriz said:On a positive note, praise God for Michael Oguine. That dude was a one man show and willed his team to victory.

Think Rorie had only 1 TO.
Rorie scored 22 on Saturday. His scoring has been fine without Akoh. But 0-7 tonight.

Since Murphy has been the coach, NAU always seems to play the Griz really well. I was a bit surprised when I saw his coaching record though. How is a coach that is 68 and 128 (129 now) still around? Were the majority of these losses earlier in his tenure?
