I have watched the last shot 10-12 times and what I see is Beasley not just getting the ball but wanting the ball, big difference, big attitude.

I have watched the last shot 10-12 times and what I see is Beasley not just getting the ball but wanting the ball, big difference, big attitude.

Same. He calls for the ball repeatedly, and as Brint pointed out on Twitter last night, he knew it was going in cause he left his follow through hanging there for a while. In the words of Roy Williams after Villanova hit the buzzer beater to win the title “the minute it left his hand, I knew it was going in”.

Side note. What was up with the technical foul in OT last night. I never heard an explanation on the broadcast for what happened.

Ahh I’m actually surprised that doesn’t happen more in college basketball, especially when players try to call timeouts on a jump ball or inbounding the ball.

Great shot by Robby but also a great pass by whitney if that ball is not on target chances are
Robby does not get it off in time. Great win by the griz hopefully it sparks them down the
Stretch and they can build momentum.
