UNLV and Montana aren’t comparable UNLV is the Portland State of the Mountain West where as football wise Montana is the Boise State of the Big Sky. UNLV it is unrealistic to expect to be competing for championships even conference championships where as Montana if you aren’t competing for conference championships at a minimum you will be gone in 1-2 seasons.

He will have his opportunities. He is a very good coach. And everything I have heard about him is that he is a good guy. I really just dislike him one day every November.

I don’t see Choate poaching anyone that other FBS teams see value in players or coaches because the program support is so low.
