Vigen Sighting

I'm just curious if the kittens' DUI coaches were to be banned from travel out of state, would travel to California from bozeman be considered "out of state"?

Travel does not get banned for a DUI.

How about hit and run and evidence destruction?

I didn't say they were connected. I said "if the kittens' DUI coaches were to be banned from travel" as part of an implied connection between bozeman and California not DUI resulting in a travel ban. I may have spent some time at MSU but I have no DUI experience and wouldn't know the penalties.

His violations were a misdemeanor. I don't think that would ban any travel.

Gotta appreciate a program whose fans are proud that their assistants only accumulate massive numbers of misdemeanors because, you know, at least they're not felonies (in this case they were, but waded made some calls and got them charged as misdemeanors).

Have the cornfields around Bozeman been checked yet?

I know one thing: In most places, you might be able to bail out after DUI #3, but you’re not leaving the area until trial if you plead not guilty. And said trial would not be over a year after the arrest. It’s possible he got a work exception, but it seems that Gallatin County treats DUIs like traffic tickets. Even the headlines at the time all those months ago were “Cited For” not “Arrested For”.

I simply responded that a misdemeanor does not prevent travel. Where do you get I am proud of these guys? That is a huge false leap. I have been consistent in stating the opposite in my posts on this subject. I talk to a lot of Cat fans and I have never encountered any that are proud of this. Just the opposite. As for Waded, where is your proof she did that? No facts. 🙄

I think the question was regarding the fact that they are out on bail. They haven’t been convicted of their “misdemeanors” because the trials have been pushed for many months ostensibly to allow for the Bobcat football season. Usually, out of state travel (and in these cases, driving) is very restricted when out on bail. Also, in a lot of states, a third DUI would likely be charged as a felony.

Bullshit.

If bub fans and Sixx cared as much about integrity as they do winning, all 3 of them would have been out on their asses before the sun rose. It's simply not the case, 33. I appreciate and agree that you've at least stated you are against what they did, but even you haven't said they should be shitcanned.

The proof is in the pudding, and the pudding was made using your grandma's special WAAC recipe.

It's just DUIs, it's not like it's a real crime. It's not like they Gregoraked anyone. Lay off the petty stuff and go for the homerun like the last guy did

Looks like Vigen could have been interviewing for the San Diego State job.

Dude has had one foot out the door since day one.

He and his staff literally have no connection whatso-fucking-ever with Montana except pending criminal trials.

Imagine hating your job and the city it’s in, and the only reason you continue with it is because of a court order. About as close to an indentured servant as possible

I have said it before, but he could rapidly become Rob Ash part deaux. Can’t win the big games. Choate’s recruits are graduating out and the program could be on a descending trajectory.

Where is your proof that vigen has one foot out the door and hates his job, and city?

I would think most people would at the very least look into a chance at a job that has 4 to 5 times the salary increase, that's in a career you have been in for over 15 plus years and must enjoy your job.

San Diego state was paying Brady hoke around 1.2. Million a year, if vigen can get that job it would be a serious bump from what the bobcats can offer..
