Never saw it. I know what I was thinking all along, what I proposed for a bet, and what I bet.

Like I said, you never made a bet on it, but you said they can’t beat the Dakota teams.
It doesn’t say Cats can’t beat “any” Dakota teams. The clear meaning is Cats can’t beat all the Dakota teams they play. And that’s what I bet. And person I bet with, a Cat, knew what I was saying. I’m virtually certain grammatical interpretation backs up my view.

The screenshot doesn’t say Cats wouldn’t beat “any” Dakota teams. You are trying to insert a word that isn’t in my post.
And you’re trying to insert that you meant a different thing than what you said.

“The Cats can’t beat any Dakota team” and “the Cats can’t beat the Dakota teams” grammatically have the same meeting. I know it, you know it, anybody with any sense knows it. Just own it. I’m done with the conversation now.

No, you are trying to insert “any” into what I said. You are wrong. Just admit it. You are trying to change meaning to fit your goofy view. In the context and otherwise, the phrase doesn’t mean can’t beat any Dakota teams That’s not what was said.

You are of course correct, but certain personality types will never retreat or give in.

“It's going to be a nice convincing win by the Cats, and
they played well, but they can't beat the Dakota teams.”

The entire sentence is predicated upon the discussion of single game outcomes.

Nope. It was said during the Idaho game and referring to the rest of the season. Another poster’s comment showed he knew what I said. With the playoffs going on, why would anyone say Cats beat any Idaho and count beat any Dakota school. I was indicating Cats couldn’t get through the Dakota schools and win the national championship. Who cares if they could beat one Dakota school. They could surely beat UND. If I had meant “any” Dakota team, I would have said that. I said “Dakota teams”. That’s plural. That’s’s all of them.

You guys who don’t understand the game of football say the dumbest things.

So you meant “all of” the Dakota teams?

Why not post that then?

That is nonsense though, there was no way they could play all of the Dakota teams this season.

But hey, you keep backpedaling.

I didn't need to because what I said was the same and clear enough. Had I meant only to say "any" Dakota team, then I would have had to say "any". That wasn't the point; that would have been a stupid point. Of course, they weren't going to play all of them. There are 4 Dakota teams and the playoffs had started and teams were seeded. It was clear to anyone with a brain and who understands football, that it meant the Dakota teams that the Cats would play, or have to play, the rest of the season. Stop being such an idiot. And, again, that was the bet that I made. Cats won't beat the Dakota teams and win the national championship.

Don't tell one of your players to F-off on national TV would be a good place to start. How about beating bad teams at home like Weber. Not chasing QBs out of town every year. treat everyone with respect. Develop players. I could go on and on. Act like you want to be a coach at UM.
How about MSU covering up coaches getting DUIs and other multiple charges with no recourse and then extending them and giving them raises. As a huge cats fan, what’s your take on that. Did you hear that is why Cruzado had to step down? Oh boy!

What do you have that proves that is why Cruzado had to step down? I have never seen anything to that effect. Just curious.

Because that was not THE reason. It was just one of many reasons.

As ridiculous and as horrible as that situation was, it pales in comparison to the double digit DOE investigations on-going, as well as the (apparently well founded) allegations of blatant racism on msu's campus.

This is bs. Quit with the racism shit on campus. You can find racism at any campus, yes even in Missoula
