Money well spent in my view. I don't even have a tiny problem with paying that fee because the enjoyment I will get out of will be well worth the 25 bucks. My wife and I couldn't go to the movies for 25 bucks.

The word I just got (the agents are idiots and you seldom get the same answer) is that the game is on Ch 791 at 4 PM MST and pay per view cost is $39.95. That sucks. It can't be ordered until 24 hours before programming, so I will have to see this afternoon.

I broke down and just ordered the whole Gameplan Season Pass :thumb: But anyways, On my DirectTV channel guide it does show a "too be announced" slot on Channel 791.

Just signed onto Gameplan for $26.00 with DishTV/ UM-ASU is on Channel 460 @ 4:30 PM/MST

$39.95 is the DirecTV monthly charge for the full ESPN GameTime package, so I'm hoping when I actually book it that the pay-per-view is more like $25, which is what I paid for the TN game last year. Their agents are ridiculously inept; misinformation is the norm.

Yes if you call tomorrow morning like when the first game is starting you should get it for the day as long as you specify that you just want the gameplan for the day. Once they activate it you will be able to watch the games for the day. If they say we don't offer it just for the day ask to talk to a supervisor.

Yes if you call tomorrow morning like when the first game is starting you should get it for the day as long as you specify that you just want the gameplan for the day. Once they activate it you will be able to watch the games for the day. If they say we don't offer it just for the day ask to talk to a supervisor.

You're a life saver. I just figured that out while on the phone. I talked to three women - none of them had a clue, but finally I talked to a guy who knew what was going on.

stargriz...do you know if capone's on 4th is showing the game? if not i will have to call true legends in liberty lake to see if they will be showing it...i have direct tv but do not have a log in account to access espn 3.........could watch on my computer but would rather see it a bigger screen

FYI - I managed to order the game on DirecTV for $25 without talking to any idiot phone reps this morning. I called their 1-800-GET-SPORTS number and when the automated robot lady asked what I was interested in, I said "PPV" and then when she asked which movie or event, I entered the number 791 (the channel the game is listed on). She then told me that ESPN Gameplan was the only event on that channel and asked if I wanted the full season package or just one day. I ordered it for the day and told her to charge it to my account and I was done. Much easier than actually talking to one of their human customer services reps. According to the friendly and wise automated robot lady, I'll have access to all of the Gameplan channels for 24 hours.
