I realize the Griz were handed a raw deal with injuries to the offensive line and some key players as the season went on.

But didn't Cal Poly lose their best running back and several other starters just before the beginning of the season?

They just coached the team up, took their lumps, improved and kicked the crap out of the Griz.

Not a hater of anyone.....just a realist.

You are 100% right. Yet those who do not take off their maroon colored glasses and sugarcoaters will still manage to refute all logic. They will try to convince us this staff is great. They will continue to use these things as excuses why the GRIZ are falling short. They will somehow manage to tell some or all of us wrong, bad fans, etc.

As for injuries, they will try convincing us those programs have better medical staffs, facilities, trainers, and found miracle solutions and cures to heal their players and build up their back ups. It will be an interesting week and rest of the season on egriz.

Or maybe we're not trying to convince you that this staff is great, but instead that sometimes other teams play better than we do.....

Yes, you have to tip your hat to Poly - they came to play. You can't deny that the Griz did not come out after half with any fire and Poly punched them in the mouth and Montana did not punch back. The lack of execution on O is troubling and it is on the players and coaches
