Van Vliet accused of assult.

Hey billingsgriz, some presidents actually have to work instead of committing adultery, bribery, coercion, fraud, oh and having beer goggles on when deciding to marry the ugliest damn woman, if you can call her that, in America... There was a word for people like you when America was first starting out, would you like to know what it was??? It was "loyalist".. you know, the british kind... Give me a Pres. who'll actually do what's best for his country and people, and yes even idiots like you, over a pres. who simply wanted blowjobs in a famous location, any day of the week and twice on Sundays. Why don't you ask my Aunt who lost her husband, my uncle, in the North tower whether she'd prefer a cowardly, solely concerned about getting re-elected no-matter-what dummocrat, who can't wipe his ass unless he takes a proper poll to see how everyone thinks he should do it, over a Pres. who actually has principles and leads, instead of follows like the rest of the dummocrat flock of sheep. Sorry I'm a bit :offtopic: , but I just can't stand
put-your-head-in-sand-and-everything-will-be-okay type of individuals.
Like Grizbacker suggests-plz take to the political or smack board. Thanks! :thumb:

yeah, sorry bout' that, but I'm done now... You posted before I was completely finished though..... lol

Hey Payton, give me Bill Clinton anyday over the present occupant of the White House!

And about 65-70% of Americans agree according to the President's stunning approval numbers in every major poll taken over the last 3 months--37% approval, why he's right up there with another great Republican at this point in his second term, Richard Nixon!

Who wants peace and prosperity--BORING-- when you can have exploding deficits and a bloody guerrilla war without end in IRAQ?

Then why don't you do something about it? Say, did you get polled in any of the recent polls about Pres. Bush's approval rating? Did not think so, me neither.

Cmon look at the topic, get ahold of yourselves and go find out some info on Van Vliet. I am sure there are others like me, who see that there is a new post in here and think we might have an update on the actual topic only to discover that it is only a political pissing match.

Nothing to look for here anyway ... I don't see (and never did see) Van Vliet making any significant contributions to this team. It was worth a shot, but I think the Griz may have missed the boat this time. I wish him the best.

I disagree. It is way too early to make this judgement. He played as a true freshman early in the season before his injury. He did not play his senior year in high school. If he was a little rusty early this season when he did play, it should not come a a suprise. Krysko was very high on him when he saw him play AAU ball. That's good enough for me.

Fresno St., which offered him a scholarship, must have seen something in him. I hope he can work his way through this issue. The other guy charged, Patrick Young, is Trey's little brother.

Yep, and I have heard today that Big E's schollie has been pulled, dont know if there is any truth to that but that is what I have heard. I saw him and talked to him but didnt ask him about the incident but he is a cool kid along with Trey's younger brother

Sorry, GB, but it kills me when some right-wing kook attacks liberals, apparently completely ignorant of the political history of the most famous alumni of his alma mater: Mike and Maureen Mansfield, Pat Williams, Lee Metcalf, Carroll O'Connor, and Dorothy Johnson were all evil DemOcrats and Jeanette Rankin was a LIBERAL Republican, today a very, very, very endangered species!

And if you want me to relate it to Grizzly athletics fine.

When we won our first national championship in 1995 in football, Bill Clinton called and congratulated the team during the big bash in the field house when the team arrived home--President Clinton talked to both Don Read and Dave Dickenson--his mother Sue is an evil DemOcrat state legislator from Great Falls.

When we won again in 2001, no such call was received from 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue and its present occupant.

Okay, I'm done and will not discuss any more politics as long as no one else does either.

Back to Politics-
I think Pres Bush was a little busy as it was 2 MONTHS after 9/11

So anybody hear if Big E's schollie is pulled or not...

Mslacat might have missed the word "if" and apparently posts this as "fact" and says LK has sent quite a message to the program and lists swilly as his source.

Any confirmation or is this still under investigation?

Harm, history will not be kind to your boy W. Just last night on "60 Minutes," once again we learn from a new source-- the just-retired Deputy Director of the CIA for Europe Tyler Drumheller-- that even though we had the Iraqi Foreign Minister Naji Sabri on the CIA's payroll in 2002 and 2003 before the fateful decision to invade IRAQ, and Sabri was telling us there simply was no WMD program in IRAQ--they didn't have squat, we invaded anyway.

As Dir. Drumheller told Ed Bradley last night, if the intelligence supported the contention that IRAQ was a threat--now matter how flimsey it was and the source was some IRAQi exile like Chalabi that hadn't even been in the country in 20+ years, it was embraced by the Administration. If it didn't support IRAQ having WMD's--even when the intel came from IRAQ's # 3, it was rejected.

But that's okay, harm, because in early Nov., the overwhelming majority of American people are going to thank the President and his Republican minions in Congress as well as right-wing kooks and blowhards like you for the mess in IRAQ when they go to the polls! "Can you hear me now?"

 :finger: :crybaby: :moon:

Holy Hell, take it somewhere else. PM each other, exchange phone numbers and yell at each other from the comfort of your own lawn furniture, or duel it out with pistols at dawn down by the railroad tracks, WHATEVER. No more political garbage in here, please.

Sorry dudette. I posted on Bobcatnation that I have been told last week that Krysco May be considering pulling his scholie, and that Swillie was reporting that on egriz that that it had been pulled. Furthermore I also said I had told that it was quite possible Eric was simply in the wrong place at the wrong time.

I realise it is popular to Griz fans to paint bobcat fans (and visa versa) with one brush I believe I did my best to comment on a issue I have not commented up in till that point.

So we agree, you are posting this as "fact" and Swilly is your main source of info?

Again, you can see that I asked if anyone else had information or if this situation was still being investigated.

I did not state that you are incorrect or accurate.

:msugrad:

PGM, I do not read it as Mslacat posting any fact about the scholarship situation. I read that Mslacat has heard talk of the scholarship being pulled, and that Swilly reported the same. It all reads as speculation to me, and I am pretty sure that Mslacat would say it is all speculation at this time.
