Although I am impressed you can respond in 27,500 words or less.
I understand that you have always been intimidated by length. No need to explain further .... or in greater length ....

You should take that approach far, far, far more often.

It could have taken fewer words, admittedly, to show that you don't know what the name of "The" University of Montana is. I am amused that you will apparently carry that around for the rest of your life.

I appreciate this information as I was not aware of it. Van is a well known former Griz QB and was a grad assistant coach for the Griz. Nice article. Obviously he is a hard worker.

It's gratifying to see these guys graduate and make great careers out of coaching; not to mention the Griz Blood they carry with them to all of these high schools. Van was very well liked when he coached at Hellgate, and successful at a program that hasn't had much in recent years.

That's the end of an Idaho football dynasty, there. Van is probably the most successful of all the former Griz who became coaches.
Really? Seems like one former Griz QB is head coach of a CFL team, while another has had a long run in the NFL (though not distinguished as a head coach there). Mean no disrespect to Troxel or the scenic burg Couer d'Alene, but maybe we have a different view of success.
I meant to say prep coaches.
