Utah Valley State Refunds

I assume the Utah Valley State game is not being rescheduled. Has anyone heard if season ticket holders (I am one of them) we receive refunds? I emailed the UM athletic department about this 5 days ago. I got no response. :x

They really need to do something to make this right. These are loyal, season ticket holding fans of the Griz BB team that are being screwed (and ignored) here really. Yeah, it's obviously not a ton of money, but it's money that we paid for a ticket to a game that was canceled... It just doesn't seem right.

Can you imagine the outrage if they did this with a Football game?

Montana men’s basketball season-ticket holders’ tickets from the Dec. 22 game against Utah Valley that was postponed can be redeemed for any remaining regular-season game. The game may or may not be rescheduled.



“We are still negotiating with Utah Valley to reschedule the game that was canceled due to poor weather conditions,” said UM Director of Athletics Jim O’Day. “However, should there be no appropriate date when the two teams can get together, we want our fans to have the opportunity to redeem their tickets with the entire conference schedule still ahead of us.”



A final decision on whether the Utah Valley game will be rescheduled is expected in the near future.

That's amusing, SEASON TICKET HOLDERS can redeem that ticket for any other reg. season game? Anyone else see how funny that is?

I guess that would only mean something if you were a Men's BB season tix holder and could use it for a gal's game...

In other words, you can use the tickets for games you already have tickets for. :lol: What a deal for season ticket holders. I hope they sincerely try to reschedule the UVS game, offer a refund or at the very least, allow the UVS tickets to also be used at a Lady Griz game.

Not so nice for the Griz season ticket holders that also have Lady Griz season tickets.
Maybe offer a chance for the season ticket holders to redeem it for a Big Sky Conference tournament game (Griz or Lady Griz).

Of course, maybe they aren't as dumb as I think they are and they are referring to those people who bought single game tickets to the Utah Valley State game.

They will swap these tickets for Lady Griz regular season games. My UVS tickets have magically turned into Lady Griz vs. Portland State tickets. Of course, I don't already have Lady Griz season tickets so this worked out OK for me.

FFS people, get over yourselves. What did UM do that was in their control? I am suprised some of you haven't filed suit because you were deprived of your god given right to a National Championship. No need to get over myself I am very happy with how the ticket people treated me on this deal ! Plus, I just got back from the Griz victory over ISU! It was a heckuva game! It is good to be a Griz!
