Lots of my fellow USU fans think he is horrible and should just stay put when a UNLV fan asked about him :D

On second thought please don't hire him he is just awful!

Good try NB; I've seen a couple USU games so you can't fool me. Congrats on another very good season. Finish strong.

Thanks Kem. I don't think we will beat Boise, but it has been a great season for us, all things considered. I Hope the Griz make a deep run in the playoffs, as well.

So in a hypothetical world where both the UM and UNLV jobs are open, which is the better job?

Obviously, money is significantly better at UNLV, and that is how most coaches determine good jobs. But how many coaches take these money jobs and the dead end in a terrible situation?

Every single one that has the opportunity

It fascinates me that virtually everyone believes money is the only important factor in considering a job. On more than one occasion, my spouse and/or I had the opportunity to move somewhere else with a job providing higher pay -- in every case, we opted for remaining in Missoula because we love Montana and wanted to raise our family here. In fact, years ago, before I was married, I actually took a pay cut to come back to Montana. Different people have different priorities.
