Updated Weights on GoGriz Roster

Eli Alford is solid. Seeing how much Noah Ambeuhl packed on I'll be curious if he gets playing time although he's new to the position.

I feel like this is continually discussed on this Board but our scheme doesn’t necessitate having a bunch of 6’4” 300 nose tackles. Instead Hauck wants d-lineman that shoot gaps and eat blocks that way so us having Gubner, Alford, Ambeuhl, and Grimsrud we are more than fine. Plus a lot of our DE are really 3-techs and can play some inside like Deming, Brown, Mcgourin and Kaschmitter.

100% agree but it would be nice to have a 6’4” 300 lb’er every once in awhile.

Also just noticed that Nick Guerena a safety from Cali and Hunter Allen the CB transfer, are no longer on the rosters either.

Ambeuhl has now been moved from DT to OL.

Well, we already have one awesome OL whom was a HS QB, so maybe this move will be similar.

Figured that had a chance of happening after that gruesome injury then the move to linebacker then back to safety. Probably lost some to younger guys on the depth chart so figured to hang it up. Great team player and I wish him luck with his degree in hand.
