The Griz are the definition of a horrible team. With out big changes may not win another game

We beat Cal Poly and UNI. This team could be decent. This play is coaching and ball security.

Not sure the Poly win is as good as you suggest.

Perhaps you are right, but UM played very well against CP. Very focused and crisp. Almost no mistakes. Hard-hitting by Griz.

Woof. Really bad first half for this staff. 34-0. It's nearly unbelievable. I can understand being bad, but being undisciplined is not OK. Clean. It. The. f***. Up. Good Lord, this is not at all what I thought we'd have.

But is it undisciplined?

Is lack of discipline causing the fumbles? Did lack of discipline cause the lineman to go down field and someone to line up in the backfield? To me, those are just mistakes.

We aren't getting a bunch of motion penalties and late hits. To me, those tend to be more discipline and concentration.

Sneed just threw one bad ball, and made a bad decision. He is under pressure frequently.

RB's have hardly fumbled this year.

UM has 4 penalties for game, but at least 2 were at critical times.

I don't get it. I don't agree that the team is bad. I think they are borderline good, or at least were, but certainly not better. Yes, they are young, but it's not the youngest guys who are making all the mistakes.

While I always think my team can win, and still do even today (miracle), I didn't think UM would win this game. But never thought it would look like this. Wow.

Agree with this assessment, except the part about Sneed. He has thrown way more than one bad pass… It’s just that only one of them has been intercepted

Remember how we were just CERTAIN Bobby would “clean up the mistakes” and preach ball control or they wouldn’t play?

I think there are a handful of guys happy right now with how things have progressed this season....Bob Stitt, Gresh Jensen and every big sky head coach left on our schedule.

You want to assume that this team would be good if Stitt and Gresch were still here and that opponents would fear them. Big assumption.

While I understood that there would be growing pains, and that stitt left a lot of holes in the roster, I did not imagine that this team would fall apart mentally like this. Mental errors abound, drops, passes overthrown, fumbles, picks, ineligible receivers down field every week. What has happened in the last two weeks? The first few games looked nothing like this. It’s a new and troubling development.

Holes in the roster? The Griz never played like this in the last three years. Ever. This is a truly new development for us.

Didn’t think it could get worse after Stitt. I was wrong.

If who ever handles pricing at U of M football games is smart, they might think about adjusting ticket prices for the rest the year. I dont think many fans want to pay 30-50 bucks to watch us get steamrolled.

They have already sold the tickets.
I'm not talking about season ticket holders, I feel for them. I'm talking about single game tickets...

This year is just a crap fest. Hauck probably knew it was going to be rough, but not this rough. Player departures, o line struggles, weak secondary and just lack of focus at times. Lots of work to do. This really all goes back to a coaching carousel. Stitt was not getting it done. Bobby is back and it is kind of karmic. He left to start the merry go round. I hope he can resurrect the program. Never seen so many holes at so many positions.

It isn't Sneed's fault this game.

agree, but then again he isn't playing very well.

He's a one trick pony.....he can run, but he can't pass they need to work on him not giving up on plays..even if the line stinks and not giving him time...what ya expect...he is suppose to be the field general right?? That is why he is the starter.......

As is it a big assumption to say that they would not be

Coaching has left the building. I mean seriously give the ball to Bingham on the half yard line only to fumble it away. Give the ball to Eastwood and let him score. Coaching has been aweful on both sides of the ball and Bobby did not address the ball security issue.

Could’ve been a 14-7 game. But no got to get all f-ing cute. Coaching is finding ways to lose these games.

I missed that play, but agree generally with you on the play. One bad coaching call didn't cause the Griz to give up the other 4 TD's.

Nice work Hauck and co on getting this team ready. Total embarrassment to Griz football. Or whatever is left of Griz football.

Yeah at this point we are trending to be irrelevant

They already were fairly irrelevant.

Go home. You are the worse "fan" on this board.

If you want to disregard actual past Griz results, I guess you could be correct.

It's unbelievable how Stitt screwed up the Griz.

BS....its unbelievable how the boosters screwed up the Griz. Stitt's team was set up this year for their best year.

To bad you never played the game. lol

I pretty much agree, but would lump turnovers and mental errors into discipline. I'm definitely hoping for a 4OT thriller. If anyone can get this team back in this game, it's the guy with the headset.

Griz beat PSU IN Portland last year.
Griz rolled UND two years running.
4th year in same system
Stability
Etc., etc., etc....not so big.

And I’m not saying we’d fare any better by year-end (especially with Semore as DC)...but this team has now been shut out two first halves in a ROW. I can’t recall that ever happening in my lifetime.

The passes he is missing are usually ones when he's under pressure, including when he made a bad decision and threw the pass that got picked. In my parlance, a miss is not a "bad" pass. His completion percentage is 67%.
