Something seriously wrong with that program & it doesn't appear BH can correct it. This & the CSU game were good tests of BH's program at UNLV & in both cases got blown out. (BYU 55 UNLV 7) Prognosticators at the beginning of the season gave BH no more than 2 wins this season, & it's working out. I don't think it's so much of BH's ability as it was an assessment of poor talent & a team used to losing. I don't know the specifics of the BYU game, but apparently BYU blew out UNLV with the run. That's not BH's style.
Earlier in the season some fans called for UNLV to drop its football program & now the calls have increased. BH is in a hell of a spot. Maybe the youngsters he's recruited, esp. from local HSs can form the core of a better team next season.
But, I have to admit: Getting blown out by a BYU team that is supposed to be in a down year is very disappointing, to say the least. Maybe one more win (Wyoming?) can help give this program this year some respectability. Hey, Titleist what about them "cowboys"? NM 34 The 'boys 31. :lol:
