Uniform Combinations

Would it kill someone to at least put the names back on the jerseys?!?!?

I like the unis they are wearing. However, those dingy grey pants sure aren't as nice as the bright silver pants. I thought it was just the TV that made them look terrible but, nope, that is the color.

Does anybody know why we haven’t been doing different uniform combinations this year? All of our home games (minus white out) we’ve done silver helmets maroon jerseys and grey pants. On the road all we’ve done (minus Idaho State for their white out) is silver helmets, white jerseys, and maroon pants. Why aren’t we doing different uniform combinations like we used to always? We’re not even changing the decals on the helmets anymore, and last year we had white helmets to. I haven’t even seen those this year. Anybody know why we don’t do it anymore?

Tyring to emphasize a focus on play rather than how they look. Didn't want the distraction.

I'm not gonna lie. If I was driving home from a Griz game or had just seen one on TV and someone asked me about the uniform colors and combos I would have NO FREAKING CLUE what they wore for the most part.

The most popular threads on Scat Nation are the uniform threads. Those little sissy boy fans eat that shit up and get into big arguments about how dazzling their team is gonna look during their next quality loss.

the "no name" on the back probably has as much to do with head coach stitts philosophy of taking the i out of team and playing as one unit for each other.....fans have programs and learn very quickly who is who.....also the griz have a "brand" with the "script" on their helmet and clean classy uniforms that other programs would kill for.....being a fcs school, ask almost anyone who is just channel surfing and they know that it is u of Montana playing when they see it.

While the names may be helpful on TV, from most seats in the stadium, it is hard enough to make out the large numbers, let alone the small letters of a name.
