Montana State: 5-0 overall / 2-0 in conference. Schedule goes @UCD, vs EWU, vs UND, @Sac, vs PSU, @UM

EWU: 3-1 overall / 2-0 in conference. Schedule is vs UND, @ MSU, vs Sac, @SUU, vs CPSLO, vs UCD, @PSU

CPSLO: 4-0 overall / 2-0 in conference. Schedule is @Web, vs UNC, vs PSU, @Sac, @EWU, vs ISU, @NAU

NAU: 3-1 overall / 2-0 in conference. Schedule is @UND, vs UCD, @UNC, @ISU, vs SUU, vs CPSLO

---------------

I think a lot of us expected MSU and EWU but Poly and NAU are surprises in this early part of the season. Also there's UND, SUU, and Sac all with 1 conference loss. It's real early but the Big Sky is a total toss-up with a lot of surprises in it.

I still say it ends with four in the playoffs finishing in this order.

1. NAU
2. EWU
3. UM
4. MSU
So you see three conference losses left on Cal Poly's schedule?

Poly - IMO is one of the two best teams in conference right now, beat Wyo, shut down UND's offense, looking real good. EWU if they can beat MSU in bozo might be in the drivers seat.

i will put my money on cal poly and nau to have the best chances to finish out with the best record looking at their unplayed schedules.

I think SAC, NAU, and EWU all beat Poly.
If I'm not mistaken, EWU is a non-conference game for Cal Poly.

Didn't realize that but checked and you are correct. So the probably get in ahead of UM and bump MSU to 5th. :)

Poly is no surprise, at least not to me. Easiest BSC schedule, solid team. NAU could also be seen coming, but few saw them winning so handily in Missoula.

Thanks a lot.

Five turn-overs can do that.

Zach Bauman is arguably the best RB in the BSC, I wasn't surprised when he took it to us at home, especially with the poor performance of our secondary so far.
