I've been a lurker for years on this site.....but until this game I've never seen the need to post.....

This is the most undisciplined GRIZ team I have ever seen.

Remarkably similar to last year's team

Ya but last year I was willing to chalk it up to a new coaching regime.....

Living in Lincoln NE I liken Pflugrad to Callahan....

I was hoping it was from rookie coaching - but fool me once shame on you...
pFLU has a 3 year contract - I'm guessing it will be, in true football parlance, "Three and Out!"

As long as O'Day is smart enough to let his contract run out....sadly watching Nebraska's struggles it will be more than just Pflugrad's tenure, it'll take time after he is out to rebuild.

I seriously question that Pflu will put the best players on the field. This reminds me of a little league coach playing the kids of his neaighbors and friends over better players. Pflu is just plain stubborn..his way or the highway even if the results are bad.

Woh woh woh see that we actually changed up the game plan and we scored.... Wut the F@@@@@ was the coachin staff doing? Is there a conspiracy here? F***k we did the same damn play the whole F**kn game and changed it up at the ND of the game? Am I trippIn'? Thnx sincerely F###kn' trippin'

He is the one heading down the Highway if these results continue but if he actually wants to dig his grave, not much anyone can do but let him.

I'm sure that score had nothing to do with the third string JV players and loose defense sac was playing. Yes you are tripping. We should have thrown two more picks at the end but stone hands with the cast couldn't pull them in.

Tokyo, Nowhere In my post did I say the Griz were good enough to beat Weber at home, though Ill say it now. The Griz are easily good enough to beat Weber at home. I was clearly pointing out that your rant was completely inaccurate and made zero sense because Montana does not play AT Weber State this season. Now, if you were talking about Montana losing at Weber in 2012 then I apologize, I guess I missed that part.

This coaching staff is now 8-6 with a win over a Div 2 team...and the last easy game this year is luckily next week with NColo. so, they should win that and the Div 2 team later...NAU is going to be a challenge....I find it hard to think a coach should be fired when he isn't the one actually playing the game, but, someone needs to start reviewing options.

maybe not, but it is his job to have the players ready to play, and that was a fine example of a team that was NOT ready to play

That seems to be the hallmark of the Griz for the past 2 years, and, taken together with very bad game plans, misuse of talent, predictable play and poor special teams, not to mention penalties and turnovers, I just don't see success continuing in Missoula....This coaching staff might well have set the Griz on a downward march. It happens to all good teams...Oklahoma, USC, Michigan, Notre Dame, Ohio State, even Alabama, but they have the means and resources to recover..a team like Montana depends upon intangibles to draw good recruits. If they see a program in decline, that program becomes another UNLV or San Jose...UM has a lot riding on the next 4 weeks....and so does the AD and coaching staff....I hope they go for broke...no tomorrow on this one and yesterday is over....

Congrats to Sac State players and coaches. They were ready for tonight's game, and they played it almost to perfection. For sure, the better team won this evening.

Deep breaths...

Y'all will be fine. Too much talent and tradition to just slip away. The Griz will still be a pain in my ass when talking about the BSC title this year.
