Predicting the outcome of this game is a strangle.

Griz win 20 to 19. The score would indicate a close game. Griz over power scats in every phase. With the scats calling 8 trick plays and having home field in a blinding snow storm with wind gusts over 45 mph they are able to make the score closer than it really will be.

Burnt Ash will get a raise and another 3 year extension. Scat fans expect to lose but attend the game to drink and party with other frost bitten loser types. A great time to be a Griz!

This game feels much like the Cal Poly game, where the Griz are coming off an impressive win and everyone is predicting a blowout. We have seen several times this season what happens to this offense once a defense has a full games worth of film to study on the current QB. Although the Cats defense is horrible yet again, they have more consistency on offense than EWU and will probably put up more points than the Eagles. The Cats would love nothing more than to ruin the Griz's season, but in the end the Griz will be able to score enough to keep pace with the Cats and head into the playoffs on a high note.

That intangible along with a season pattern of a great performance followed by lethargic games....I.e. NDSU, UND, EWU big wins and then ??? Games. We are in for a bitter fight and think we could be due for a letdown.
