Games like this being scheduled is good for the fans, players/coaches and the FCS power conferences

Couldn't agree more. FCS needs more marquee matchups like this. Although I'd love to just keep the Bison on the OOC schedule every year as well.

Couldn't agree more. FCS needs more marquee matchups like this. Although I'd love to just keep the Bison on the OOC schedule every year as well.

I think even ESPN is picking up that these games are good football, and actually much better than sun belt, mac, some c usa games

Last year the ewu and shsu game was a second option as they wanted UM and NDSU......so they know who to showcase if the schedules line up

Bozeman u burned bridges the griz respect and honor their agreements..no doubt about it just like ndsu does and from w h at I see all the MVFC does too

Agreed. Much better for the Griz to be playing some well respected programs in out of conference games than loading up on cupcakes. Hope this is a trend that continues.

I understand they have the buy out option but to do it the way they did I doubt NDSU ever does a h and h with them again, only way is a huge buy out and come to Fargo first. I lost all respect for the kitties after that deal. was nice seeing the Griz come last year as many Bison fans expected the same treatment of a last minute buy out....
