I feel for anyone that has been raped, please don't get me wrong, the person that did the crime should do the time but in this day and age it is too common that guys get falsely accused and when its proven not to be true the damage is already done. Its a two way street people, not all girls are little angels either.

Only people like you and I who are under 30 understand how often girls claim "they were drugged" when they get blacked out drunk. Same girls will tell their friends some guy "tried to rape them" when a drunk ass guy hits on them and maybe touches them in a bar or at a party. You guys "who have daughters" can go ahead and believe girls are always the victims in these "rape" cases. Younger people know that girls throw around the word "rape" like they throw around their beautiful big asses in yoga pants.

Before one of you douches calls me out for not being sympathetic to actual rape victims, I will go ahead and say I endorse the "rape is bad, we don't condone raping people at UM" speech that so many of you wanted to hear so bad from Pflugrad and O'Day. While not directly on point, this linked article, which summarizes various studies, doesn't seem to support your assertion. Trouble is I can't think many times when the cops failed to make an arrest or the prosecutors failed to prosecute because the window was open. Nor have I ever heard of robbery victim being cross examined at trial and being berated for leaving the window open in order to "raise a reasonable doubt"
