This was a terrific event. First time I've attended since it was moved to the Adams Center. That's a nice place/space for an event like that.
Four terrific inductees. Riley Corcoran did introductions, as well as fairly long Q&A's with each of them. These were great. Riley was very prepared, and had talked to each of them before the event to prepare.
The Lady Griz alumni were well-represented, and coach Selvig was there. All of the athletic department staff.
Cole Bergquist and Ty Palmer attended, as did Cole's parents. Cole's sister is married to Marc. Marc's sister Katie is an M&A lawyer for a big Chicago law firm, but works remotely from Bozeman. Lots of Marc's and Cole's buddies, including former Havre and Carroll QB Gary Wagner. Lots of Marc's family in attendance too.
Much of this group ended up at the Mo Club. That trip caused me to skip tailgating the next days. Lots of fun. Most of the bartenders were women. Ryan Bagley was there. He's farming the family farm near Dutton.
More of you should consider attending this event in the future. I will definitely keep it on my list. My wife and I sat next to Thatcher Szalay and his wife. It sounds like they have some big kids coming.
