I would, indeed prefer UM to have high academic requirements, along with a medical school, than sub par athletic teams. Don't know what it is with so many Montanans that feel they are beaten before they even start....

Noone has more faith in Montanans than I do. My family homesteaded here and I dont think there are better people anywhere but I also know what it takes to have a good medical school and we just dont have the appropriate resources at this time. Nor do I think you are giving the importance of athletics its due respect. I also dont think a medical school would do much to improve our enrollment issue
