Back when basketball was king at UM.... we huddled next to radio and listened to Grizzly Bill for road games....travelled to a few of those....and went straight to the Missoulian sports section the next morning for the story and hopefully a couple black and white photos. Of course, went to all home games. Unless at the road games they were just clear (and blurry) pictures created by Bill......and no one whined about coverage (or lack of). And according to Bill, the refs were even worse!

Yes, I did all those things as well. In 1986. Now, I recognize the bsc still lives in that era, but that's my point: it shouldn't.
