UM at North Dakota Predictions

Griz 21 The Daks 34. Sneed is just not getting the time to pass. RBs have no holes opening for them and if they are they’re not staying open long enough. Where are the blocking FBs?
 
I understand many people are frustrated and angry (no reason to be angry) about the loss last week and want to vent it on this message board but dont you think we played unusually bad and it it unlikely we play that poorly again this season? If not for that game wouldnt most of you be picking us to win? At this point I think you throw the PSU game out as an outlier and expect we will play much better.

I havent seen UND play this year and I am sure they are good but not unbeatable. If we look like the team from last week again then we know the rest of the season will suck. For now I will be optimistic and I really like the players on this team. Looking forward to seeing them grownover the next few games and next few years.

Griz- 27 UND 20
 
Seems like every year there is a game or two that have great influence on an entire season. This weekend is one of them. If we lose, we spend the rest of the season fighting for pride. We win, we spend the rest of the season fighting for a playoff spot.

Our D will be OK. The Sues will get their yards, that's what they do. I'm confident the D will play well enough to win if our O shows up. There is going to be a ton of pressure on Sneed. The Sues D is solid and will give our O line fits and challenge them every play, adding even more pressure to Sneed. If Dalton lets the pressure, mental and/or physical, get to him it will be a long day. If he can perform well under pressure, both mental and physical, we will win a hard fought battle.

With ND having two weeks to prepare and heal, my head says they win this one. My heart tells me the Griz are backed into a corner, not good to back a Griz into a corner, and we leave Sue country with a win.

Well considering yesterday was National coming out day, I will come out and say the Griz have the potential to win all their games. They just don't always play that way.

I think that this Saturday they will.

UND 24, griz 17. That griz D and the UND O will be a great battle. On the other hand, that UND defense is nasty, and will feast on the Griz offensive line all game long. The blueprint on how to stymie the Griz offense is out. Simple as that.
 
While I am not picking the Griz to win this week, in my defense I thought this game was a loss before the season began. OTOH I thought last week would be a 35 point win until I witnessed our "O" line issues. This week we face a team that is averaging over 4 sacks a game, and over 8 tackles for loss per game. YIKES!
