UM at Liberty 5PM Game Thread

Stupid students. I chanted a lot of things back when I was in school that I regret. I apologize on their behalf.

No need. The Flames definitely deserved to win tonight. For all the UM mistakes that will be rehashed here, Liberty made its fair share, too. That tells me the better team won. Good luck the rest of the way.

That was one of the worse offensive performances I've seen b a grizz team. This could be a very long year

We had two Td's gift wrapped by blocked punts. Yet not a score.

We went backwards more than forwards in the second half. It was a very poor performance. I'm sure stint would agree.

"THEY WANTED IT MORE" always baffles me. How does a fan 2,000 miles away, watching on a tv or computer, or listening to the radio, or even from the stands, know what a player, players or a team want?

Ranco, really? I guess you are a yong or new fan. I guess you didn't see Joe Glenn's first game against Hofstra? Or JJ's 4 completions against EWU in 2012, or the 2002 Cat-Griz game for god's sakes, or well, no need to go on. Hell, the Griz had twice as many yards tonight than they did when they beat Furman in the 01 chipper.

Well we didn't look like world beaters.

Did anyone expect us to be this year? Our first three games could have gone way worse. On to conference play. We lost to two of three very respectable teams.

And we looked horrible in the process

We were four seconds from being 0-3 and four seconds from being 2-1. Just like Pflu's offensive change in 2011, this is gonna take a while to work itself out....patience is a virtue.
