UC Davis vs MSU

Nice work UC davis. They exposed a scat team that will lose at least 2 of they're next 6. I'm happy for the cats as they have a new fan named indian outlaw. Yes EWU will beat the scats and so will Montana.

Not a cat fan just call it like I see it. I don't disagree that they may lose two conference games but I will take them next week if you want to wager.
 
Nothing from the Cat fans on this thread... but somehow they have plenty to say on the UNC thread. Weird how that works, huh? You can bet your ass this game opened their eyes and knocked em off their pedestal, though you know you'll never hear a Cat fan admit it

A very shitty secondary...............not any better than ours :lol:

Hard to compare secondaries, but UC Davis only had 240 (may be off here) yards in the air compared to DM's 330 something. I would agree that MSU's secondary got torched on a couple plays but they also showed that they can win on the road coughing up the ball four times. And put up 48 points.
 
The only thing that was exposed was the need for Kirk and Schreibeis. I don't think EWU will beat MSU.

Last time they played on the delta, they beat sac 64-61. Must be something in the air.

We are sloppy, undisciplined and turn the ball over a huge number of times in almost every game...hugely negative in turnover margin this year. We allow much weakier opponents to hang around, and we've put ourselves in the position to lose very winnable games in most weeks. We are 6-0 because of:

1. Favorable schedule.
2. The ability to step it up in a huge way when absolutely necessary on both sides of the ball. We've demostrated the knack of putting a teams away at the end of the game.

Much will be known about the Cats in one week. Perhaps you guys will get your chance to have some real fun over here. I hope not.

Davis is the worst tackling team I've seen. Like, ever.

That said, kudos to the cats who keep finding a way to sqeak out wins. That's the sign of a good team.
 
time will tell I guess..................fact of the matter is North Dakota will probably win the whole shootin match and my guess is either NAU or Cal Poly will win the conference. msu will lose 2 by seasons end and Montana will be a spoiler. But UC Davis showed well tonight. Kudos to them :thumb:
