Griz are almost assured a home game. They'll out-bid anyone. If they go to face off against a seeded team that'll mean they play in that 1st round game the following week, right? They'll win that bid, host the game, and if they win travel to the seeded team. If they somehow (which I doubt) get a bye they'll not be a seeded team but will be able to bid for the game... and win that bid too.
Assuming they beat the Cats next weekend, I would say there is a decent chance they get in. I would think that game would be at home, based on a bid. After that, if the Griz win, based on the regional scheduling it would be North Dakota St or EWU. On the Griz's best day they could be either one. Problem being, the Griz haven't played well unless Micky D has taken off the reins. Usually it's too late by then.
I would be really worried about Ty-G next game. Everyone talks about Mick being the stubborn one, and he is, but Ty G is worse. He's so in love with his LB's he won't take them off the field. Hence LB's getting out ran, and LB's over running plays because they are out "athletic'd". If you expect LB's to keep up with WR's in space, you'll be bitch slapped every time. The "D" bailed him out today, by giving red zone stands. Otherwise, the Griz would have gotten their asses kicked and he knows it. The example being "he was embarrassed at halftime - but there wasn't a scheme change. Just "we" can do better. With the talent the Griz have on "D" they should destroy teams like SUU. The head coach, and coordinators are garbage. And that pains me to say, because I really hoped Scott Gragg would bring some toughness - I just don't see it happening.
