Tyler Ganoung leaves team

I saw it and I think it either looks coached or coerced. Let’s here that straight from the horses mouth shall we? And no a written statement image shared on his Twitter handle does not constitute coming straight from his mouth. A press release video statement would have been so much better.

Are you asking for waterboarding next?

Far from it. For starters maybe a public statement from Griz football on Tyler’s resignation? Has that even happened yet.

Never happen. We don't even get told about injuries.

A Video exit interview would have been so much more formal and professional. Would have helped cleanup a speculation and questions.

Because you believe you are entitled to it, because his written statement isn't good enough for you. You are quite a piece of shit, aren't you.

Not just for me, for any fan who cares about “exactly why did you leave”. What’s the deal here. What’s the reasoning behind it. If that makes me “entitled” then so be it.

Why are you entitled to know "exactly" why? I will let you in on something, you're not.

He gave all of us exactly that on his own personal Twitter account and you had the nerve and audacity to say that you think that was forced? I have read some crazy shit on this forum over the years but this seriously may take the cake. You may want to stick to making your hype videos. This is very disappointing.

as to scholarships page 58 and 59 of the student athlete handbook cover everything as far as what happens when a student athlete quits the sport he was receiving the scholarship for.

Soon I would say that will no longer be the case. Again, NIL has changed the face of college sports. Fans should have that information if players are being paid within a free market model.

Rolls your eyes, but give me a coherent argument as to why I shouldn’t expect otherwise.

Let’s take a step back, who even thinks in these terms? Are you a real person or a character from a Dickensian novel?

I’ll not waste the time debating you, I recognized the black and white thinking on your vax posts.

As I understand it an athletic scholarship is a year long contract that will stipulate compensation for student athletes. I’m quite sure that thru the over 100 years that athletic scholarships have been available, they have the player leaving a team at mid-season worked out.

If it’s your tax money you’re worried about, I’d be happy to jump on my bench-top grinder and grind a nickel in half to compensate your personal contribution.

If you read his statement all he concluded is that the decision to leave was his own, he didn’t explicitly explain why (and he doesn’t have to that’s his right). My ultimate point though is his post, It left more questions than answers. What’s disappointing is how much heat I’ve been getting on here just for asking the question why. Speculation is not a crime but I sure feel like some people in here are trying to crucify me for it.

You are missing the point. Athletes are no longer “students first”. That idea is outdated. These are semi pro paid athletes now, and should be treated as such.

Dude, he literally took to his own personal Twitter account to clear the air and clear up any speculation, heck that was one of his first lines. He then went on to say how much he loves Griz football, the coaches, his teammates and how he wouldn’t play for anyone else. if you look at his Twitter comments he talks about how he will be at every game cheering in the stands. He literally made this post to combat weird speculation from folks like yourself. I think you’re looking for something that just isn’t there man and you just keep going on and on about it.

Again, NIL rules changed the game, and fans should now be afforded more information

So your employer will supply this info when you leave, quit, or are fired, because, you know, the free market model?

No, but speculating that the reason why he left might be a crime, and comparing it to Penn St, is just someone being an entitled douche.

Did NIL rules really change the rules of an athletic scholarship? I know the answer, so don't try to explain.

maybe some of you almighty fans should just take his word for it why he quit same as CK. Both praised the coaches and teammates so does not sound like staff had anything to do with it. I wish him the best and I think he has said all he needs to say, just because you buy a ticket to a game does not mean you are "entitled"
How do you know how genuine this post was. Who actually wrote it? Who signed off on it? Did the Griz football program request or require certain Information be Disclosed In the pOst such as Thanking the coaches and teammates was this post voluntary or coerced. We DON’T EXACTLY KNOW.

😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
