Two Night Games in 2016!

I live in Missoula, so day or night doesn't make much difference to me (except when it's really cold). But I definitely do appreciate the issues of night games for out-of-towners, so have never really pushed for them.

Although I have no opinion one way or the other, don't people that travel to the games stay over a night anyway? Thus, as far as I can see, it doesn't matter as long as the game is on a Saturday.

Many people daytrip for games. Night games are very inconvenient or costly for them.

There is a reason the hotels, motels and B&B's are all occupied on game weekends, whether day or night games. Many people are too far away to daytrip. But few Missoulians would know.

I totally understand that a night game would be inconvenient for travel, however I would also understand why a noon start would be difficult. The 2:30 start should help maybe? For me, I don't care what time the game is, I'll be there!!

28-2 in last 30 against ISU. Average margin of victory since the last loss to ISU: 17.6 points. Average margin of victory since 1985 in Missoula: 18.62 points. Even during the worst 5-year period in our history, we beat their asses regularly. I think we're safe.

Shit, according to you, I'm the only one that is poor enough to worry about the cost of my beers. So, why would anyone care if they stayed the night?

I like night games because I can head over to Missoula in the AM, play a round of golf, and still have plenty of time to tailgate before the game. Saves me a night of hotel. And then on Sunday I can drive home to Billings and get ready for the week.

That was one of the most fun games I can remember. I wish we could do the Brawl at night every year.

I travel 800 miles round trip. The more night games the better!! I can leave about the same time I leave for work. Get to Missoula, have lunch, do some tailgating, watch the game, go to my room, leave in the morning. It's not that tough.

Me too. 2014 Cat Griz was amazing! The meltdown of the Cats, in the gloaming, was sublime.

God I'll never forget the night game against them in 2014! I was really hoping they'd put that at a night game again too. It seems like a no-brainer to put the biggest game with the highest ratings at prime time. I'd gladly trade the ISU night game if it meant Cat Griz would be the night game.
