Two Griz players arrested

No matter who comes here from "rival boards" to throw stones, they know full well NEITHER of these incidents deserve dismissal or a death sentence. However, both players made mistakes and will at minimum serve a one-game suspension, and it will be missing the biggest game of their lives to date. They let their teammates and themselves down. Still will handle it sternly, you can COUNT on that.

Youthful indiscretions, no idea what Kose's deal was and judging from the time stamp Gamboa's troubles might have been after a few too many wobbly pops. Most likely a case of move along, nothing to see here. However, I love playing the what-if game. If they both warrant a one game sit down, do you move Tucker Schye back to MLB and start KVA, Schye and Lebsock? Or throw Strahm in at MLB?

I'd say Strahm at mlb, I think we need Schye at d-end this year.

Hope they are released. Don't want them to stain the Grizzly name.

Kose's bail was like 180 bucks. Probably a speeding ticket. You think he should be released from the team? Wow...you do realize something like this will likely happen each and every year and has for decades. Talk about living in the moment...the season cannot start soon enough. On the other hand, it gives egriz and bobcatnation something to talk about. My guess is they'll serve a one-game suspension.

You don't go to jail for speeding tickets. They f*@&#d up and I don't support a team of criminals.

Don't go to jail for speeding tickets? Yes you do.....this....I know. Ignore them long enough they come looking.

Minor shit.

But here's the deal. The correct coaching response is to suspend them for the next game. Yes, that happens to be NDSU. Not a half game suspension and not a deferred suspension for the D2 game.

Again, it's minor shit.

We don't have a D2 game. And honestly, if this shit is as minor as it appears at this point, going straight to a 1-game suspension is beyond ridiculous. Run 'em til they puke. Run the M repeatedly. Mash the dogshit out of 'em...there's other ways to get the point across, especially on first-time offenders.

Either way, the much discussed and debated UM lack of depth issue will be front and center against FCS's best.....

Pure ignorance being spewed from "BigGrizzlyCountry".

Failure to appear always make me laugh, they're not going to hunt you but they'll spot you somewhere.

Dunno. I had a MHP officer come visit me in a field on a ranch while I was raking hay one summer. I've been a good ever since. <<< Big fat lie

An arrest, no matter the charge should result in a one game suspension. But yeah, this arrest in both cases is pretty insignificant

Pflu's class of 2012. Seniors, starters, team leaders. Stupidity. The Missoulian, Engstrom, and other anti-footballers are licking their chops over this one. The shine is starting to wear off of Stitt. He hasn't gotten the message across to the players.

Man, that is a giant leap if there ever was one.

Yeah, and it's so surprising. I mean, S&W has never been prone to hyperbole....

   :thumb: True. Delaney, love him or hate him, seemed to get the point across to the players that Griz football was under a microscope.

True but not every single player saw the signs....oh wait.

I know most posters are too young for this analogy, but for you seasoned posters....

HA! Well done, right there.

Well, there was the infamous rave party downtown that resulted in the "X" possession and arrest. There were a few DUIs too. Delaney had his incidents. Although the "sign punching" one was definitely the funniest....
