Charter/Legacy Gold package is comparable to Charter/Spectrum Tier II. Same company. Nice rep explained that C/L does not get Pac 12. C/S does. Simply a bookkeeping matter to switch, But, oh, your programs will come in on different channels, it'll cost you an extra $30. a month, and you can't go back to your current package and lose all discounts. But, I, or one of our 20 other billings sites in the country can have that change made in one minute. And this call may be monitored to show other trainees how we cleverly initiate old Charter customers in the new ways of Spectrum.
