I saw Seth Bodnar walking around on campus twice today, looking all sexy in his sport coat and tie, and was he helping Haslam find remotes or channels? NO! And he's ex-military or worked at General Motors or was a General Council for Captain Crunch, whatever! Where's the leadership on this issue?

I think the root of the issue may be that 1950's palace you call a home. A relocation to a nice modern small home with a breaker panel instead of that ancient fuse box may be in order.
