The new channels do not affect espn3. They are just putting th espn3 broadcast on a tv channel. The pack for directv users is 13.99. Its not really ppv cause you can't buy one game. Its 13.99 a month and you can cancel at anytime.
Yep. I know people who will sign up for a month just to get one or two games, then not renew for awhile. (You have to watch them on that, because they often have it set up to auto-renew. ;) )
Well this package is brand new this year. The sports pack these espn3 games are included in is 13.99 and a monthly subscription. There is no one time 13.99 option. Its 13.99 a month as is just a add on to your package. It also includes all the other regional sports networks from around the country. But like i said. If you only want it for this game. Just sign up for it and then remove it before next month. You can also add and remove this package on your online account and not even call. Its much better than the ppv options and gameplan options they used to have.

Charter has no game plan so it's ESPN3 for charter customers

Its called ESPN college extra now, used to be called ESPN gameplan and it is available thru PPV for Charter customers. Did you even read my other post in this thread that came directly from the University of Montana's sports information director?

Just so everyone is on the same page, if one Charters a jet to Billings and orders an Extra College game through ESPN, he won't have to order more games, and can then watch the game on watchbigsky.tv and ESPN 3, but on DirecTV, unless he has Dish.

Yes I called to order and they said ESPN doesn't have it any longer. Mmmmmm what the hell.
Talked with the guy for like 10 minutes trying to convince him he was wrong to no avail.

I'm squared away for the game with my Roku. But I have Dish which also has ESPN VOD. I have never used it before, and I wonder if that is my backup. Anybody else use ESPN VOD?

man I wish knew wtf I was doing with this crap. in reality when reading all the posts, your smart azz remark makes as much sense as the others as you intended. I laughed, but still will probably be here instead of trying to figure out how to get the game on direct tv

With Directv all you have to do is call up and add the Sports Pack to your monthly subscription which is $13.99 a month and then if you like cancel it afterwards. But with the $13.99 you get the ESPN College Extra plus 30 plus other regional sports channels that always seem to have some good FCS games on every week. I would keep it thru the end of the season as you know all the playoff games will be on ESPN3 so they eill be showing them on ESPN College Extra.

No
LOL...I was joking

Just called Red's. They are showing the game. How, I am not sure? As of a few years ago, businesses are not supposed to stream games to the public. Is this available for businesses to order PPV on tv or an order through the internet. What other bars will be showing the game?

Update: Paradise Falls just told me they are showing the game too. :thumb:
