Not the delicious Huckleberry kind...this team has been awful with ball security this year. Any bets on the end number? Over/Under is currently at 30. How many in 2 games, 8? Not acceptable.
 
Didn't play well enough to win give it to Poly they are a good team. They really needed to pick up 4th and 1 there when they decided to go for it at the end. The Griz don't have a run game and that bites you in the ass in situations like that. Ugly game to watch but it was very entertaining as usual can't wait for the next one!

Poly gives every team fits. But that final 4th down call might not have been the best, but it is always 20/20 hindsight. Making them march the field, 10 or 15 more yards would chew up some clock. It happens. Hopefully Stitt and his coaches learn from this and move forward....like holding onto the fucking ball. BG overthrew so many receivers today...

All you had to do was take away the sidelines on the pitch. They can't stop the clock and would have had to kick a 50+ yard field goal.....terrible last few plays, keep them in bounds
 
Ya, ball security should be a point of emphasis, and right now Griz aren't getting it done in that category. You can't give the ball away 4-5 times in a game and expect to win.
 
Yeah, -4 so far.

A mix of a bad game from Brady and two teams we faced that don't throw picks much. I hope Brady can get back on track and we also start to see the secondary help out and snag some ints.
 
With Gus having a off night, I would have liked to seen a back up qb who can also run come in and play a few sets. Might have changed cp defensive rhythm a bit.
 
The trap of that is that it changes the O rhythm as well, timing changes, even the snap changes. But it might have been a good thing. At least Simis if throws high the ball might be more catchable. Brady is a skyscraper and when he throws high...

My thoughts were always, a good team can run even when everyone knows they are going to run...the Griz ain't that....
 
:thumb: So I just looked and um is rated last in the division in turnovers lost with 2 game to average it out and the rest of the division only playing one game. It looks like a nice trend starting

It's good you guys spend all your time analyzing every aspect of Griz football, shows how truly obsessed you are with everything Griz.

Another season, same old song. Griz are Montana, and State College fans know it. :lol:
