Why isn't he honored or recognized by Montana?
No flag raising, no HOF, not anything!
Dude is by far the best GRIZ DB in GRIZ history.
He single handily took away opposing best WRs for 4 years!
In the conversation of GRIZ GOAT defenders.

I'd really love to see him recognized by Montana.

Tru that!

He was back for the Brawl. I question your assumption that UM is ignoring him and not highlighting him and not the other way around. I'm almost positive they've asked him to do that stuff before, and it wouldn't shock me if he told them he's not interested.

As for the HOF, the latest a current HOF member graduated was in 2005. I am positive he'll be in the HOF, but they're likely working through older nominations whose nomination terms are ending soon.

Tru went through a period where he did not want to come back here. It seems that's over now, but the lack of his presence around the school is not because the school doesn't want him around.

He comes back. Often meets up with Andrew Swink, McCord and some of the other d-backs during his time. Last season, I watched Griz/Cat with them at Dukes in Scottsdale. Tru lives in Las Vegas. Looks like he could still play. I always liked Tru. Met him when he was a frosh. Had him and Swink over to the house for dinner that year. Got to know his very nice mom while he was here.

Are you acknowledging you violated NCAA recruiting rules?

It’s permissible to have players over for an occasional in-home meal. Always has been. Still is. They weren’t recruits.

Do you know anything about ncaa rules, or anything else?

Wasn't there a hot dog scandel going on about that time ?

If there was, it probably didn’t involve food and most likely involved the Cats!

Yes, it's classic. I know the rules. And it's absolutely permissible for boosters have players over for in-home meals on occasion. Do you not know the rules either?

"A booster may provide a student-athlete or an entire team with
an occasional meal under the following conditions:

The meal must be provided in the booster’s home or
on campus, and may be catered;

These meals must be restricted to infrequent or special occasions."

Those are the rules now. You clearly violated NCAA rules when Tru was a freshman. The University should ban your from all activities involving athletes. I've sent your post to compliance so they can make a decision.

Those have been the rules all along. Let's bet a $100 on whether these were the rules when true was a frosh. Put up or shut up.

No I knew that. All of the nights that you don’t have players over for dinner they’re actually at my lake house. I feed the entire team 4-5 times a week at my lake house. And then I fly them all back home on my private lake jet.

You don’t know the game so you probably won’t understand.

Glad you’re back Playa

Trumaine is getting sideline passes for huge games like against the Bobcats. If he is getting credentials I’m pretty sure he is in good standing lol. Bobby LOVES Trumaine and all those DB’s. Zero issue

Glad I wasn’t the only one getting the PlayerRep vibe from mthoopsfan.
