Tripp Interception

I'm well aware of the tradition you dolt.

Let the kittens have the weak Missoula kids.

They are spoiled from the day they are born, and have everything given to them. Kids like that have no place at the University of Montana

So you don't want Zack Wagenmann on the team either, because he's from Missoula and had 2 sacks, a tackle for a loss, and a broke up a pass?

You lemmings can assume all you want about me, just continues to make you look more foolish.

One impressive game does not outweigh multiple mediocre performances.

Further proving my assertion that we should never recruit Missoula kids, too worried about looking pretty and playing up to the crowd.

I still can't believe he is wearing #37, I've had to wear a different griz jersey to the games this year because I refuse to support that decision.

There is no doubt that he was showboating and wasn't focused during the play, which is inexcusable no matter how you look at.

If this was a black California kid you would all agree with me, but since it's a "hometown boy" you are all willing to look the other way and pretend that he actually cramped up.

Missoula is in Montana. #37 goes to a player on defense from Montana. It is handed down from the previous player that wore #37. Don't recruit Missoula players???? So the Griz would have never had the Palmer brothers along with numerous other guys over the years. Bummer. Maybe we should just let the Cats have all the recruits from Missoula.

Just to clarify, the player doesn't have to be on defense, just be from Montana.

Thanks, I was misinformed, I always thought it was defense. Have we had an offensive player where it yet?

Wolfman sure sounds a lot like Cats2506 with a new twist....this time he IS a Griz fan, or at least pretends to be.

Kurtis, Kraig Paulson was the first to wear 37. He was a fullback.

True. but since then it has all been defensive players, but not a requirement.

Glad you aren't wearing #37...you aren't worthy. I defy you to a more deserving young man than Tripp. Hard working on and off the field, bleeds maroon and silver, gives 100% in everything...if you haven't 'seen' it, then you are probably lounging on your couch while he and other players are representing the football team and the U of M volunteering their free time to all sorts of good causes in and around Missoula. Who said he was 'spoiled'? Only your attitude is spoiled. Being "spoiled" and a "Missoula" kid doesn't make you an automatic griz football player, nor does it get you nominations on and off the field, tackles, great athletic talent...it doesn't win games. Hard work, deserving and exceptional athleticism does. Take your negativity and jelousy back to grade school where it belongs! Sounds like you have some sort of 'jelousy' issue going on. Who will you have issues with next week? One of the players whose hair is grown past his shoulders?????

Sick to death of the negativity and crap these players have to take from supposed 'fans' and 'supporters'...good thing these guys are able to rise above the B.S.please and show a higher level of maturity. Remember, they are all only human...Please, don't wear #37, but I bet you could easily sell it to someone who would do it proud!
I definitely support Tripp all the way. How much for the jersey? :)

Yeah, I'm the brains of the outfit; just blew into town from 'way back; had to leave since the pigs were about to serve some papers and such; inter-city strife. that's where the actions at; none of these country hicks, ya hear? They're too soft-bellied. We knows our business. Jake?..where do you think he got all them cars to begin with? Checks the doors to see if they're locked before he breaks the window; he's a real pro. Taught him everything I know and then 'some.

wolf hit it on the head bro. MT is only one of about fifty states in the USA so on a team with a hundred guys there shouldnt be more than like 2 players from here. but i looked at a roster last week and there were a rediculous amount of home state dudes waying us down. its gonna be hard for this team to compete with the elite until we recruit more from places where the football is competetive. just sayin

Yeah, my brains nothin' but mush and I knows it; means I'm smarter than you so I'm 'way ahead of ya...duh. Keep WORKIN" HARDER so we all can rip you off.

I think some friends of mine told me it had to be on defense, but thanks for pointing out about Paulson.

You do understand that almost all schools have a high number of players from their region? If this post is serious, give me a Fkn break....and being FCS we can get the top kids from this state along with players form other states and be competetive with the "elete" I find it seriously shocking that you just now looked at the roster and realized there were a large amount of montana players, if you had to look at the roster to know we have a large number of montana players you have no idea what is going on with griz football
