The Dolphins have cut LB Jordan Tripp and TE Jake Stoneburner, according to league sources.

Well that was a waste of a pick by the Dolphins. They need to learn how to draft better. Maybe that's why they suck all of the time..

Poehls and Kistler cut also... Everybody else safe for now... I think all 3 will find jobs, as well as Wagenmann when he gets healthy...

One thing to remember about this pre season... Most of the Griz are ST Warriors, and Mariani made the team as a WR... Da Bears have more options at returner, and they didn't need to throw him the ball... They did, unlike Fisher

Tripp will find a team.

I'm actually giddy that Mariani found a spot on the Bears. He did good during the preseason as a WR and I'm excited to see him finally starting to catch some balls.

So I can now scratch the Dolphins from my "watch" list. The last Griz is gone...

And the Raiders and Titans... Although I know what you are talking about with the Phins... Used to be U of M in the Southeast

Wagenmann is a Cardinal...

I was wondering about this. I'm not super familiar with the ins and outs of the NFL roster situation. Wagenmann is out for the year as a UDFA and somehow he still makes the roster cut? That doesn't make sense to me unless he doesn't count for that roster spot or against the cap because he is injured? I dunno.

He is on season ending IR, does not count against 53 man roster

He is on the IR, which I don't understand... I thought a player had to be on the roster of 53 to be declared eligible for the IR...

Then again, in the world of Federal Judges making decisions on everything in the non-tax-paying-NFL, I guess everything is just smoke and mirrors

If Wagenmann is still getting a paycheck, that's all I care about, but would prefer to see him destroying a few OL... Wait for it...
