Brian Bohannon played for Georgia, was on Johnson's staff in Statesboro, at Annapolis and at Georgia Tech. He has very few kids who are not from Georgia on the roster and by and large, every decent high school team in Georgia runs a version of the triple option.
Billy Napier, the ASU OC who the AD told all prospective coaches would remain on staff was his father's quarterback at Murray County and grew up running the triple option and was Furman's quarterback when the Griz last won the title with Glenn.
